  • 30/06/2023 – final acceptance notification
  • 31/07/2023 – registration of participants at Early Bird fees
    (PLN 800 regular, PLN 400 reduced: students, Eastern countries: Ukraine)
  • 31/07/2023 – participant cancellation deadline (full refund), no refund after this date
  • 31/08/2023 – completion of registration of participants – regular fees  
    (PLN 1000 regular, PLN 500 reduced).
