Dear Participants,
The Conference Committee is deeply moved by the bloodshed inflicted by the Russian aggression on Ukraine. Although Poland remains a safe place, deepening humanitarian crisis and the resulting influx of refugees may make organization of the IGS in Białystok difficult as an in-person event.
We believe that conferences dedicated to the nature conservation poorly fit the on-line format. We are therefore committed to organize the IGS as a physical conference. We are however considering to postpone the IGS in Białystok for one more year, till September 2023. As the situation on the ground is dynamic, we will notify you about our final decision not later than on March 31.
