It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the website of the 15th International Grouse Symposium  to be hosted by University of Białystok (UoB), Poland, on September 11-15, 2023. The 15th IGS  is co-organized by three institutions: University of Białystok, the Chapter of Polish Academy of Sciences in Białystok and Olsztyn and Directorate of Polish State Forests in Białystok.

The IGS conferences are periodically held under the institutional patronage of the Species Survival Commission, International Union for Conservation of Nature (SSC IUCN). The scope of the conference will highlight the progress made in grouse ecology, genetics and physiology applied to conservation and population management.

We will particularly welcome contributions related to

The 15th IGS will follow the format of the successful 2018 Logan Symposium, with a day of workshops, 2-3 days of talks, and a post-conference fieldtrips.
